Overview

Your privacy is very important to us. We keep the following fundamental guidelines when operating our service (website & apps):

We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.We don’t store sensitive personal information on our servers.The applications do not send us any critically important information like your login credentials; instead those are encrypted and stored locally in your device.

We don’t share your information with anyone except to comply with the law.

We may use non-personal statistical information to analyze the use in our apps, and that's in order to improve our service; diagnose technical problems, improve UI and features, maintain security, etc.

Introduction

We respect the privacy of the users of our mobile applications, apps and services (together shall be regarded as the “Service“ or “Services”) and are committed to protect the information of our users (collectively or individually; "You", “Your”, “User” or "Users"). We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you use our Service and download the apps.

The Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including developers, users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

Acceptance of Policy

By accessing, browsing and/or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read understood, and agree to the Privacy Policy, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to the policy, then please cease using the services.

Modification of Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to revision from time to time on a going-forward basis. We will post any revised version of the Privacy Policy. If we modify the Privacy Policy, we will post the modifications on the website. The most current version will be always located under the “Privacy Policy” page.  We don't send direct personal notifications to users when modifications occurr. By continuing to access or use the services after we have posted a modification on the website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If the modified Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the services.

Gathering of Personally Identifying Information

Currently, we don’t gather personal identifying information.

Protection of Certain Personally Identifying Information

As stated above - we don’t gather personal identifying information. However, if for some reason we will have some kind of personal information, we will take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personally identifying information. We disclose personally identifying information only to those of our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services available at our Service, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using our Service, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. We will never rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. We make most of these announcements through our app and other channels in order to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

Third-Party Services and Social Networks

Our Service integrates sharing capabilities that let you share your content through third-party services and platforms; i.e. the current widespread social-networks and cloud-services. This allows you to share your content instantly in your preferred social network, and without the need to create and manage multiple profiles in various different social platforms. 

This Privacy Policy is not necessarily valid to third-party services, and each third-party service has its sole privacy policy. You acknowledge that we has no control over third-party services and their privacy policy, and third-party services are provided to you “as-is”. We are not liable and not responsible in any way to the services you enable and get from these third-party platforms, and also not responsible to any information you send to them. Your social information displayed to other people is subjected to the restrictions and permissions that you have defined in your account in each of your social networks.

Camera Information

Some of our apps automatically uses the camera of your phone to just capture the color of the detected image. we do not use camera of user phone for any other purpose. It is for providing better service and feature the user.

Links

We may contain links to other apps developed by us only. Our site is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. If in future we provide link for other apps then linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site.

Ads

Some of our apps may include Ads, and that's in order to finance our service. These Ads may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies or files in your computer or device. These cookies or files allow the ad server to recognize your computer or device each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer or device. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies or files by us and does not cover the use of cookies or files by any advertisers.

Business Transfers

If in future substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of our apps may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
